All dogs are welcome at Applegarth Sniffari but we must all comply with new Government regulations for XL Bullies and subsequent requirements from our insurers.
1. Owners of banned or restricted breeds, such as the XL Bully, must follow all regulations stipulated by DEFRA and any government appointed bodies concerning the ownership and management of such breeds on the day-to- day use of Applegarth Sniffari. In time, there may also be additional rules from our insurers to which we and our users will have to comply. As it stands, XL Bullies need to be muzzled and kept on a lead in public at all times
2. If you are not sure whether you have an XL Bully dog, you should apply for a Certificate of Exemption.
3. Insurance Obligation: Before booking the field, owners must have the correct public liability insurance .
4. Lead and Muzzle Protocol: XL Bullies must be kept on their lead and muzzled until they have entered the secure field with gates securely closed. Only then can the lead and muzzle be removed.
5. Field Sharing: XL bullies within one household can use the field at one time and if that same household has other dogs they too are allowed to play together in the field.
Under no circumstances are you allowed to invite your friend(s) with their XL Bully to share a field hire with you.
